 The point of the inner smile is to direct love and joy and happiness into yourself. The name comes from one of the older taoist texts which said something like, 

“Create a smile in the mind's eye.”

I will be guiding you in this process and giving you some suggestions of how to about how to access the feelings of love and bring them to the present moment. The act of smiling itself causes our happy chemicals kick in and move through our bodies This relaxes us and can lower our heart rate, blood pressure and it can also relieve pain. Science now corroborates the positive things that we now know about smiling.

We start at our mid eyebrow point and finding a happy feeling; see yourself in that beautiful place in nature with a loved one or maybe even with a pet do you love you could be in a moment of personal success or could be a transient moment of being happy walking through Looking at the sunset or whatever makes you happy you want to feel that feeling and then bring it with you into this moment.Then we direct that smile into our organs and entire inner environment.
